    Human hair is a special part of the body that requires special attention. Glowing hair results from good care, which also requires a lot of discipline to get the process going.     1. Use Shampoo on the Scalp

Most people make the mistake of washing their entire lengthy hair without paying attention to the primary areas.     Don’t just use shampoos; apply conditioners as well. If you are not using a 2-in-1 shampoo, you should apply a conditioner after washing your hair. By applying a conditioner, you are greatly improving the damaged area or the hair. This process can increase hair glow, strengthen and reduce the rate of static electrons.     3. Protect your Hair in the Pool

    This is for the female folks. When you are out there for a swim, it is advised that you cover your hair; protect it against chlorine which has a damaging effect on the hair. But if you must leave it open, it is recommended that you condition it before swimming. But for people who like to cover theirs, you must do so with a tightly fitted swimming cap. And by the way, there are shampoos specially formulated for swimmers to replace the moisture lost during the swimming process.

    4. No Parabens or Sulfates Shampoos

    Make sure that your shampoos don’t contain Parabens or Sulfates. These chemicals make shampoos harsh on the hair hence, hurt it. Although Parabens are meant to work as preservatives, it has been said to cause eye problems and irritation when continuously used for a long time. Instead of using the shampoos that have the previously mentioned chemicals, go for ones that have natural cleansers.

    Finally, in all of this, you must keep a healthy diet. Since hair is made of protein, eating a balanced diet saves you a lot of trouble.
